Here are some of the most frequently asked questions I get.
Where are you based?
I live in Bath which is generally a good location for getting around the south of England. I do travel a great deal (especially towards London) so it is never too difficult to arrange something.
Do you do telephone or skype consultations?
Absolutely, sometimes it is simply not possible to meet-up in which case working over the telephone (or skype!) is another option.
How long are the sessions?
I operate with specific session objectives in mind. If we reach those objectives in one hour that is great, but I am happy to work longer to achieve this at no extra cost if need be.
How much do you charge?

How many sessions will I need?
If you have a specific performance objective (i.e. coping with anxiety/pressure or improving focus/concentration) then 2-4 sessions are often effective. However, there are more people now requesting a longer term programme looking to cover all aspects of performance psychology. This is a fantastic approach as it will impact positively on all aspects of your performance.
Where is best to meet?
I generally like to be in the athlete's environment (i.e. at their home or training venue) but it can sometimes be a great deal more convenient meeting in coffee shops or services. |
